Project Work Process
We work in an environment and believe in planning, monitoring, and controlling can make the difference in completing a project on time, on budget, and with high quality results
Our project work process starts from providing a competitive pricing with well prepared Scope list document separately for Structural and MISC. Items including time line to complete detailed drawings for Approval. This will make our customer to easy to submit the bidding to General Contractor and increase the changes to win the project.
Once Project awarded to us it will under go the Process of Job Study and Preparing pre-plan Check list to address required/missing information on design drawings with experienced Project Manager & Team. This stage is critical in initial stage to meet the provided schedules.
Then it will under go Project Execution Department followed by Quality Assurance Department and finally internally approved drawings to be submitted to customer.
